TIMES: Mon – Fri 6 AM – 9 PM  Sat  7 AM – 5 PM Sun 12 PM – 5 PM

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Rated 1B, 12K walk mostly on well-maintained sidewalks, a portion is on wide grass shoulder. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Strollers may have difficulty.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:  Beaches to the east, Ruins of 1763 English Sugar Mill Gardens.

HISTORY: Established early 1800’s when 20 families from the Bahamas settled on a grant from the Spanish Government. Home of the famous Olympic swimming gold medalist, Ryan Lochte.

DIRECTIONS: I-95 Exit 256 Drive East on Dunlawton Ave. (SR421) to traffic signal at City Center Parkway. Turn Left onto City Center Pkwy and drive about 0.5 mile to YMCA parking lot on the right. WE THANK THE YMCA FOR THEIR HELP AND ENCOURAGE USE OF THE FACILITY.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Route is on roadways and sidewalks and bike paths shared by walkers.

TIMES: YMCA members may swim at the times Iisted for YMCA hours. Non-members may take advantage of their Community Swim hours on Saturdays 2 to 4 PM. There is a $3.00 fee for non-members.

SWIM at the YMCA pool. Wear appropriate attire and follow all posted rules. Swim events are recorded in your IVV/AVA Events Book. There is NO separate DISTANCE Book avail-able for swimming; event credit only. You must complete 300m (6 laps, up and back, at this pool) for a swim IVV/AVA Event credit.
