We have two regularly scheduled walks each week. On Wednesday evening we have a FUN Walk. These walks normally meet around 6 PM and consists of a 5K group walk. It is designed to promote fitness and friendship. If you care to, you are welcome to join us after the walk for a bite to eat at a local resturant.

For those that would like a longer walk, with the ability to meet old and new friends alike, we offer a scheduled Year Round walk most Sundays. These, like the regular YRE walks, offer a 5K and A 10K option. The times on the Sunday walks vary with the season. We have morning walks in Summer and afternoon walks in Winter time. A late lunch is still an option after the Winter walk.
